What I've done

I've been working with technology and product development for over a decade. As a software engineer and product owner I've learned how to build great products at high speed. As CTO and CIO I've been responsible for organizations with over 250 employees, over 1.5 billion SEK in yearly revenue, and over 90 million users. I have a track record of building profitable products and effective teams with a high degree of trust and collaboration.


What I value 

I value truth and honesty - I say what I think, and I listen to understand. I value collaboration - Not only because "Teamwork makes the dream work", but also because collaboration in itself creates connection and community. I value curiosity and playfulness. Because life is a beautiful mystery, far too short to waste time on "being serious".
